Elena Clark’s powerful stories feature people in every kind of human dilemma. They could be in love with the right person, but in the wrong place: someone might out to vent their hate and betrayal: another person’s life could be ruined by greed.
There’s page-turning passion and drama, whatever the setting.
Elena was born in Kiev in the Ukraine and grew up with the hardships of life in the former Soviet Union. With a degree in Math, she emigrated to Canada but found herself divorced and responsible for raising her two children alone. Determined to overcome these challenges, she built a successful career as an Information Technology Specialist, which takes her across Canada, the US and Europe.
As an author, Elena drew on her keen observation, interest in human psychology and her love of history, taking readers from Russian pre-revolution up to the present. With a blend of a vivid imagination, her novels sweep you into the intriguing lives and dilemmas of the characters she’s created.
Elena now lives in Ontario with her Canadian husband, four children and eight grandchildren where she manages to carve out time from her busy schedule to pursue her passion for writing.
